  • No, Doggy Barber is a kennel free salon and most pups are able to roam and play throughout their visit. While, this is the standard for most pets, some may be separated in a large 6'X8' dog run for temporary breaks or at the pet parents request.

  • Due to the nature of working with sedated pets, we do not allow pets to use the Pet Taxi who are medicated with any sedative including Trazadone, Gabapentin, Tramadol, Ace Promazine or any similar medication.

  • Pets sometimes experience car sickness ranging from excessive drooling to vomiting. If we notice your pet is showing signs of car sickness to their visit, we'll contact you to determine the best course for afternoon drop off.

If your pet gets sick on the ride home, we will do our best to keep them clean, but these situations are out of our control.

If your drop off is earlier in the day it may be possible to rewash them; however, you may be required to pick them up.

If the salon is already closed or close to closing, we will schedule a follow up bath for the next available appointment to clean them up.
